Official Code of GA - Application for Exemption
By passage of House Bill 89, the General Assembly of the State of Georgia, effective July 1, 2008, adds to the Georgia statutes Official Code of Georgia Annotated §16-11-135, relating to carrying and possession of firearms. Under O.C.G.A. §16-11-135(d), exemptions to certain provisions of the Code section are provided. Please review the code §16-11-135, attached to this application as passed in House Bill 89, before submitting an application for exemption under §16-11-135(d)(7) in order to determine whether your facility may be exempt under other provisions of the Code section.
